Regular questions

  • Can’t attend a session?

    •  You can replace a missed session with another within the same calendar month where spaces are available
    • While we can’t make guarantees, we will do our utmost to ensure you can replace sessions you have missed
  • When will invoice arrive?

    Invoice sent on 1stof every month

  • So now I have to pay for sessions I don’t attend?

    Only if you join up for either FPN|Gold, Silver or Bronze, and even then we will try and replace a session you have missed where we can.

  • What if I cannot come to my session?

    • FPN|Flex customers can simply log in to Appointy and cancel any session up to 12 hours before the session starts, as they do now.
    •  FPN|Gold/Silver/Bronze customers can email post@fotballprogresjon.no with alternate dates where the session can be made up. You are welcome to reschedule a session within the same month.
  • What if I want to change my plan or I have to cancel all my future sessions?

    If you are an FPN|Gold/Silver/Bronze customer, Invoices will be sent on the 1st of every month, so you must inform us at least 3 days before the end of the month so we can stop the invoice being sent. If you tell us later and we can stop it, we will, but we can guarantee you will not be charged if you give us at least 3 days notice.

  • Can I split 8 or 12 sessions over more than one of my children?

    Yes, absolutely.

  • What happens if the weather is too bad to run a session outside?

    If we can keep the same session time we will run this session inside Cageball. However if the field is not available during this time, we will go inside at Voldsløkka and use the time to teach the other aspects of our curriculum such as mental training, fitness, etc…

  • I am an FPN|Gold/Silver/Bronze customer, what if my child picks up an injury and cannot attend?

    Due to the very nature of football injuries they are never alike, therefore we will work on a case-by-case basis. Just let us know as soon as you can.

  • Will I be charged when FPN do not run activities, such in July and over Christmas?

    No, we will ensure that if activities are not being run by FPN you will not be billed for those weeks.

  • What next?

    Everyone will remain on FPN|Flex unless they tell us otherwise.
