Goals of the Program

We aim to contribute to the continued development of Norwegian football. Our main goal is to provide you with valuable learning and growth, so you can experience more joy and mastery on the pitch. We develop all skills and qualities – both through practice and theory.

Methodology

The training is designed to make the most of your time on the pitch and ensure you get the necessary number of touches on the ball. The core principles focus on placing you in game-specific situations, so you can develop both skills and understanding in an environment that closely mirrors real match conditions. The key is learning what a good decision looks like – and mastering how to make it under pressure and in tight spaces. We emphasize complexity, intensity, ball tempo, game-like movements, body positioning, and scanning ability – everything needed to elevate your performance. Our aim is to create groups that are as homogeneous as possible, so everyone experiences both challenge and mastery. That’s why we differentiate groups based on age, skill level, and physical maturity.
