Duo PT
Ideal for two players working together to develop specific skills. Session duration: 75 minutes

Trio PT
Gives you and two other players a unique opportunity to improve your skills together. The session can be adapted to target specific areas of development. Session duration: 75 minutes

Group PT (4-8 players)
Group PT takes a holistic approach to individual, relational, and structural skill training. The groups are differentiated based on age and level, so that each participant gets optimal development. The session lasts 75 minutes.

Mental training
Through FPN, we now offer group sessions tailored to different age groups, with specific themes designed to strengthen your mental resilience. Here you can sign up for the sessions that best suit you and your development. Each session lasts 60 minutes.

Rehabilitation – Return from Injury
Our rehabilitation program is designed for players returning from injury. We offer professional guidance and customized sessions to rebuild football skills, strength, stability, and functionality. Session duration: 60 minutes
