Cancellation Policy – Football School
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur. To ensure good planning and fairness for both participants and organizers, the following cancellation guidelines apply:

Written Notice
Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to the event organizer. This ensures a clear process and allows us to adjust staffing and program content if necessary.

Cancellation Deadline
To avoid a fee, cancellations must be submitted no later than one week before the start of the football school. This allows us to offer the spot to another participant and make necessary adjustments.

Late Cancellation
For cancellations made less than one week before the start date, we reserve the right to: – retain up to 50% of the participation fee, or – retain the full fee and offer a spot at a similar future event.

In Case of Illness or Injury
If cancellation is due to documented illness or injury, the case will be assessed individually. We reserve the right to: – retain up to 25% of the fee to cover incurred costs, or – retain the full fee and offer a spot at a future event. We kindly ask that documentation be submitted as early as possible to ensure a smooth process.
