FPN offers PT sessions in Spain for soccer players of all ages and skill levels. Whether you want an individual session or to train with a friend, we have an offer that suits you. If more people sign up, we can set up a group session to make the training more challenging and motivating.
If you want an even more personal approach, you can book an individual development interview. This is a great opportunity to discuss your goals, review your daily process, and get personal guidance from one of our experienced trainers.

At our sessions we focus on developing your skills. That is that each exercise must contain both perception (the ability to obtain information), choice of action and the action itself (the technical execution). We attach great importance to the small details.
Our sessions last 75 minutes and are always intense, so you get the most out of your time in the field.
Our coaches are all highly qualified and have specialized expertise in player development. We are passionate about creating a positive and energetic environment, and work hard to help you grow as a player.

As one of Scandinavia's leading specialists in player development, FPN has a long history of helping footballers reach their full potential. Through our PT programme, as many as 60 players have represented Norway on the U-national teams and the A national team, and a significant number of players have signed professional contracts with clubs in Norway and Europe.

Note! During all school holidays in Norway, we organize football schools in Spain for players aged 7-14. We also have our own adapted and specialized PT program for players aged 15-20 who attend at the same time as the football schools on the same field.

Parents and siblings staying at Torrevieja Sport City during the Football School can have a drink and a snack inside the facility's cafeteria. If you want a training session, Torrevieja Sport City offers a number of other facilities. Here you will find tennis courts, both indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a state-of-the-art gym and an indoor arena that can be used for football, basketball, volleyball and handball. If you want to try something different, you can also check out the popular Cross Fit studio.
You can easily hire in for a day at the fitness center and swimming pool. Inside the hall you will find a large and well-equipped fitness centre, as well as a fantastic indoor swimming pool where you can take a swim and work on your technique. It costs only 3 Euros per day to use these facilities.
If you want to enjoy the sun and fresh air, there is also an outdoor swimming pool, but be aware that this is often fully booked in the summer, so it is best to book in advance. And if you prefer to stay on dry land, you can rent a tennis court for 5 Euros per hour. You can easily pay at the tennis courts, or use the handy "Torrevieja Sport City" app.
Although the Padel Courts are currently being upgraded and will not be ready until after the summer of 2023, you can still enjoy the fantastic sports facilities that Torrevieja Sport City has to offer. So don't hesitate to come and experience it for yourself - you won't be disappointed!
