Professional Training and Methodology
Individual Skill Development: Focus on technical skills such as ball control, dribbling/ball winner, passing and shooting.
Relasjonell og strukturell Trening: Exercises that improve interaction and tactical understanding. The players learn to read the game better and make smart choices of action on the field.
Theory: Daily theory sessions that provide valuable insight into football's tactical and mental aspects.
Differentiated Training: The players are divided into groups based on skill and age. This ensures that everyone experiences mastery and challenges adapted to their level.

- Alder: 7-14 år.
- Personlig Trening: Spillere fra 14 år og eldre kan melde seg på vårt PT-program
- Tid: Fra kl 09:00 til 11:30 (oppmøte mellom 08:30 og 08:45)
- Groups: Maximum of 12 players per group (differentiated)
- Mat: Ta med matpakke, frukt/energibar i tilfelle du blir sulten underveis
- Drikke: Ta med egen drikkeflaske. Vi har med vann til å fylle flaskene

FPN has a training offer running in Spain throughout the year
FPN offers a number of different training sessions for footballers of all ages and skill levels. Whether you want an individual session or to train with a friend, we have an offer that suits you. If several people sign up at the same time, and are at roughly the same level, we can set up a group session to make the training more demanding and motivating.
At our sessions we focus on developing the players' skills. That is that each exercise must contain both perception (the ability to gather information from the surroundings using vision), choice of action (that you make a choice based on what you see) and the action itself (the technical execution). We pay close attention to the small details of the player's game, and work hard to help players improve at all levels.
Our sessions last 75 minutes and are always intense, so you get the most out of your time in the field.
As one of Scandinavia's leading specialists in player development, FPN has a long history of helping footballers reach their full potential. We have contributed to the development of many national team players and have helped a number of players to sign professional contracts in Norway and abroad.
Our coaches are all highly qualified and have specialized expertise in player development. We are passionate about creating a positive and energetic environment, and work hard to help you grow as a player.

Our Soccer Schools take place at Torrevieja Sport City
Welcome to Torrevieja Sport City - the ultimate place for sports enthusiasts! This facility is designed to accommodate all your sporting needs.
Torrevieja Sport City is an excellent venue for holding football schools and we are proud of our partnership with Torrevieja Sport City. Here you can really expect a first-class experience. With the latest generation artificial grass pitches designed to give you the best playing experience, you won't find a better place to practice. The track is watered every day. Cloakrooms and toilets are always clean and well equipped, and the meeting room is perfect for our theory lessons. During the football school, those who wish to watch the training can follow along from the stands.

With all the facilities and the high standard of the artificial grass pitches, you can be sure to experience the best football training you can get. Parents and siblings staying at Torrevieja Sport City during the Football School can have a drink and a snack inside the facility's cafeteria. If you want a training session, Torrevieja Sport City offers a number of other facilities. Here you will find tennis courts, both indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a state-of-the-art gym and an indoor arena that can be used for football, basketball, volleyball and handball. If you want to try something different, you can also check out the popular Cross Fit studio.
You can easily hire in for a day at the fitness center and swimming pool. Inside the hall you will find a large and well-equipped fitness centre, as well as a fantastic indoor swimming pool where you can take a swim and work on your technique. It costs only 3 Euros per day to use these facilities.
If you want to enjoy the sun and fresh air, there is also an outdoor swimming pool, but be aware that this is often fully booked in the summer, so it is best to book in advance. And if you prefer to stay on dry land, you can rent a tennis court for 5 Euros per hour. You can easily pay at the tennis courts, or use the handy "Torrevieja Sport City" app.
Although the Padel Courts are currently being upgraded and will not be ready until after the summer of 2023, you can still enjoy the fantastic sports facilities that Torrevieja Sport City has to offer. So don't hesitate to come and experience it for yourself - you won't be disappointed!
Los Angeles in Torrevieja is our regular venue for PT sessions
FPN collaborates with Los Angeles, which is the perfect location for our PT sessions in Spain. This great facility offers everything we need to achieve our fitness goals, and more!
When you arrive, you will be greeted by a well-maintained and fenced football arena with artificial turf. It is not the latest generation of artificial grass - but perfect for footballers who want to work on developing their football skills.
In addition to the football field, the facility consists of a swimming pool, tennis courts and padel courts - these are great options for keeping fit while the children play football. A PT can also be booked on the tennis court.
If you just want to watch the football session, you can take a well-deserved break at the large, beautiful outdoor restaurant in the middle of the facility. Here you can enjoy a delicious, healthy lunch while relaxing. In short, Los Angeles is the perfect place to get a holistic and versatile training experience in Spain for both children and adults!
