Terms of Service – Fotballprogresjon Norge AS

1. General

These terms apply to the purchase and use of services provided by Fotballprogresjon Norge AS.

By booking or participating in our services, you accept these terms.

Fotballprogresjon Norge offers personal football training (PT), football schools, camps, and other training-related activities.

The services are booked by guardians on behalf of children.

2. Registration and booking

Registration for our services can take place via our systems, including SuperInvite, or through direct contact.

A registration is binding once a place has been confirmed.

3. Payment

Payment is made primarily via our booking systems, including SuperInvite, but in some cases may also be made via invoice or other payment solutions.

Any payment deadlines will be stated at the time of booking or in information sent to you.

In the event of non-payment, we reserve the right to deny participation.

4. Subscription and participation

Fotballprogresjon Norge offers various forms of participation, including:

• regular training groups
• subscription solutions
• single sessions (drop-in)

Subscriptions run for one month at a time and are paid in advance.

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time, with effect from the next payment period.

No refund is given for the current period after payment has been made.

5. Cancellation and no-shows

In the event of a no-show, the following applies:

Cancellation must be submitted in writing (for example, via email) at least 18 hours before the start of training in order to have the opportunity to make up the session.

In the event of cancellation later than this, the session may be forfeited.

The rules apply equally to subscriptions, regular groups, and single sessions.

6. Conducting training

Fotballprogresjon Norge facilitates a safe and professional training environment.

Players are expected to:

• arrive on time and changed
• show a good attitude and effort
• follow instructions from the coach

Guardians are encouraged to:

• support the player’s development
• respect the coaches’ role during the sessions

7. Liability and risk

Participation in physical activity involves a certain risk of injury.

Fotballprogresjon Norge strives to conduct training in a safe and responsible manner, but cannot be held liable for injuries that arise as a result of normal participation in activity.

Players are covered by accident insurance through IF in connection with activity at Fotballprogresjon Norge.

8. Photos and video

Photos and video may be taken in connection with training sessions and events.

These may be used for information, documentation, and marketing.

9. Changes and cancellations

Fotballprogresjon Norge reserves the right to:

• change training times, locations, or coaches
• cancel or reschedule sessions when needed

In the event of significant changes, guardians will be informed.

10. Force majeure

Fotballprogresjon Norge is not responsible for the failure to deliver services due to circumstances beyond our control, including weather conditions, closed facilities, strikes, or other unforeseen events.
