2. Who our services apply to
Fotballprogresjon Norge offers personal football training (PT), football schools, camps, and other training activities for young football players.
Our services are booked by guardians on behalf of children, and personal data may therefore relate to both guardians and players.
3. What personal data we collect
We may collect the following types of information.
Information about guardians
- name
- email address
- phone number
Information about players
- name
- age
- gender
- club affiliation
- participation in training sessions, camps, or events
The information is typically collected through:
- direct communication with guardians
- registration for training sessions or events
- booking systems
- newsletter or SMS notification forms
4. What we use the information for
We use the personal data for the following purposes:
- administration of training sessions, camps, and activities
- communication with guardians
- organizing groups and training programs
- sending relevant information about our services
- sending newsletters or SMS marketing if you have given your consent
- internal administration and customer management
- marketing and advertising directed at our own customers and similar audiences via social media and other advertising platforms
5. SMS marketing
Fotballprogresjon Norge may send SMS messages with information about training offerings, camps, or campaigns.
Even though we in some cases already have your phone number through an existing customer relationship, we only send SMS marketing if you have given your explicit consent to this.
Consent can be given by signing up via a form or a link.
SMS messages are sent from the sender ID “FPN Norge”.
SMS messages may, among other things, contain:
- information about new training offerings
- notifications about new camps or events
- offers or campaigns
We normally send a limited number of messages per year in connection with campaigns or important updates.
You can unsubscribe from SMS at any time by replying STOPP to a message you have received.
6. Marketing via social media and advertising platforms
We use advertising platforms such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram), and may later use other platforms such as Google, to reach both existing and potential customers with relevant information about training offers, camps and campaigns.
To show ads to our own customers, we may upload contact information such as email address or phone number to Meta and create a custom audience (Custom Audience). The information is converted into an encrypted code before it is sent, so that it cannot be read as plain text, and is used only to match you against a profile you already have on the platform.
We may also ask Meta to find new people who resemble our existing customers (a lookalike audience / Lookalike Audience). This is built from the custom audience, but new people are never contacted with your information. Meta uses it only to find profiles with similar characteristics.
We may also use tracking technology (for example the Meta pixel and similar tools) on our website to measure the effect of ads and show relevant ads to visitors. Where this requires consent, we obtain it through the consent solution on the website.
The legal basis is your consent where this is required, or our legitimate interest in marketing our services to our own customers. You can object to this use at any time, and we will then stop it without undue delay (see the section on your rights).
When we use custom audiences, Meta and Fotballprogresjon Norge are in certain cases joint controllers for the matching itself, in line with Meta's terms for advertisers. You can find Meta's own privacy policy at facebook.com, and you can manage which ads you see in the ad settings on Facebook and Instagram.
7. Photos and video
In connection with training sessions, camps, and events, photos or video may be taken.
Such recordings may be used for:
- information to guardians
- documentation of activities
- publication on the website or social media
Publication of photos and video normally takes place only if guardians have given their consent to this.
8. Who we share information with
We only share personal data when it is necessary to deliver our services.
Information may be processed by external providers that deliver technical services for us, for example:
- Mailchimp (sending email and SMS)
- Google Workspace (internal administration and storage)
- SuperInvite (booking and administration of training sessions)
- Meta Platforms (Facebook and Instagram) for marketing and audiences, see the separate section above
These providers process information on our behalf and in accordance with data processing agreements.
We never sell personal data to third parties.
9. International transfers
Some of our providers may process or store personal data outside the EEA.
When this happens, we ensure that the transfer takes place in accordance with applicable privacy regulations and approved transfer mechanisms.
This applies among others to Meta and certain other providers in the USA. The transfer takes place in accordance with the European Commission's transfer mechanisms, such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC).
10. Retention period
We do not store personal data longer than necessary.
Typical retention periods may be:
- customer data: up to 5 years where it is necessary for accounting or documentation purposes
- marketing consents: until the consent is withdrawn or after an extended period of inactivity
Information may be stored longer if this is necessary to meet statutory requirements.
11. Your rights

Among other things, you can:
- request access to the information we have stored
