Guidelines for Guardians
Location and Distance
Parents must stay off the field during training. This ensures that players and coaches have the necessary peace and concentration to work. By respecting this boundary, parents contribute to a more focused training environment.
Communication during Sessions
To ensure focus and concentration during sessions, we encourage parents to limit direct communication with players. This allows coaches to lead activities effectively, while allowing players to fully benefit from the training.
Our expectations for you as a player
Please arrive fully dressed and ready 10 minutes before the session starts. Always remember to bring shin guards and a water bottle.
Contribute with your best quality and effort, while acting humbly and showing a willingness to learn.
Focus and presence during training are crucial ingredients for success.
Good behavior and positive attitudes are essential. Praise your teammates for contributing to a positive experience for everyone. We have a zero tolerance policy for bullying.
You must never leave the training area without the trainer's permission.
At FPN, mistakes are allowed. We encourage you to take risks and try difficult things as often as possible.
